CURE SYNGAP1 Collective

CURE SYNGAP1 Collective is a formal collaboration, a coalition of SYNGAP1 organizations working under a shared Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), with agreed-upon governance, decision-making, and coordination mechanisms. The Collective works with urgency to accelerate the availability of safe and effective, disease-modifying treatments for everyone with SYNGAP1-Related Disorders.

…fund science and drive research that close key gaps and advance therapies.
…collaborate with industry, regulators, and scientists to accelerate trial readiness and execution.
…educate and activate families to participate successfully in clinical trials.

We move fast, work together, and stay focused on solutions. The Collective is for those who share a sense of urgency and a commitment to action in the three priority areas.
