The single most important thing that families can do to help this community is to sign up for the Citizen Health Natural History Study at cureSYNGAP1.org/Citizen.
Citizen Health (formerly Ciitizen) is the largest single study of SYNGAP1 patients
Over 125 families in the US have already signed up making this the largest single study of SYNGAP1 patients in the world. SRF has recently given a large grant to Boston Children’s Hospital to study this data and develop an updated Natural History of our patients.
