Pregnenolone Treatment Trial for Individuals with Autism

Inclusion Criteria:
- Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) diagnosis
- Participants must be between the ages of 14-25
- Be willing to take Pregnenolone or placebo for at least 14 weeks
- Provide blood, EKG, and urine samples
- Be willing to participate in behavioral and cognitive testing
- Free of active serious medical problems
- All study activities can be completed remotely
- Some assessments may be completed online

Skyway Study

Inclusion Criteria: Has been diagnosed with Lennox-Gastaut syndrome • 2 to 55 years of age • Has had 8 or more major motor drop (MMD) seizures each month, for the past 3 months prior to screening • Has been unable to control seizures with at least 1 anti-seizure medication in the past.
