Every year since its 2018 incorporation, CURE SYNGAP1 (FKA SynGAP Research Fund) has helped advance our mission “to improve the quality of life of SYNGAP1 patients through the research and development of treatments, therapies and support systems” for those living with SYNGAP1-Related Disorders (SRD). In our 2025 Impact Report, our second such publication, you will learn more about our organization rebranding, extensive partnerships, accelerating clinical trial readiness, and our new global collaboration – the CURE SYNGAP1 Collective
We are indebted to the more than 170 volunteers who are responsible for developing resources to help families deal with this disease, activating the community to participate in critical studies and trials, and advocating for our patient populations for whom we do everything. CURE SYNGAP1’s mantra – Collaboration, Transparency & Urgency – remains our cornerstone and demonstrates our commitment to creating positive change in the SYNGAP1 community, which includes our global families, researchers, institutions, and partners. We invite you to explore these results and join us in continuing this important work.
