CURE SYNGAP1 State Advocacy Lead, Virginia
Jesse is the father of Mora, a Syngapian who was born in July 2022. Mora was diagnosed with SYNGAP1-Related Disorders in November 2023 after genetic testing was performed based on developmental delays that she was experiencing.
Jesse has a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering, an MBA, and currently works as a manager of business processes and data. Previously he served as Vice Chairman of Canstruction Lynchburg, an organization dedicated to addressing hunger while engaging local businesses with the community.
Jesse currently resides in Powhatan, Virginia with his wife Sara, daughter Mora, and their two dogs Misha and Simon. In their spare time they enjoy swimming, riding in their Jeep with the top down, and golfing.
He is excited to be an advocate for all Syngapians and their families to help drive towards better support and find a cure!
