Monica Cruz Harding received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Arizona State University West and a Master of Science degree in Public Administration from the University of Oklahoma. As a military wife, she committed to being a full-time mother to her children. After two children, she thought she had mastered motherhood. In 2005, when Jaxon was born, motherhood took on a whole new meaning and purpose.
Well before his first birthday, he was diagnosed with PDD NOS. A child with many needs forever changes your life’s perspective and priorities. Monica has helped many navigate the Military Health System ECHO Program and California state’s disability resources. Monica resides in San Diego, CA, with her husband, Aaron, their daughter, Michaela, 22, and 18-year-old Jaxon who was diagnosed with SYNGAP1-Related Disorders, December 2015.
