CURE SYNGAP1’s Combined Federal Campaign Lead
A. Kari Imperatore is a Naval Officer with over 20 years of service as a Navy Pilot and Human Resources Officer. She has one son, Trajan who was diagnosed with SYNGAP1-Related Disorders in 2024. Thankful to have located a supportive and knowledge-seeking community, she instantly connected with local CURE SYNGAP1 members. She is using her professional knowledge to bring fundraising capabilities to CURE SYNGAP1 and is volunteering as the champion of the workplace giving campaign for the federal community, Combined Federal Campaign (CFC). This program allows federal and Department of Defense (DoD) employees the opportunity to donate to their charity of choice.
