Design Assistant
Jazzmyn is a construction wife and stay-at-home mom of three kiddos and an energetic puppy. She has a B.S. in Biology from Millersville University and was born, raised, and still lives in central Pennsylvania with her family. She loves science and helping others and hopes that she can use her skills to share and help others who find themselves on this journey we all share.
Her son Torrin was diagnosed with epilepsy in the Fall of 2023 and later diagnosed with SYNGAP1-Related Disorders in the Spring of 2024. At age 3, he still struggles with walking and communication, but he is thriving in joy and his love for life and learning. Being a mom of a child with a disability is a new journey but one she is realizing God has been preparing her for her entire life. She is learning to embrace her personal connections with people who have epilepsy, as well as her knowledge of science and biology and her passion for the autistic community, recognizing their new meaning in her newest role as a volunteer with CURE SYNGAP1.
