Host of the Scramble for Syngap Fundraiser
Michael is a Claims Manager with Progressive Insurance and lives in South Carolina with his wife (Julie) and children. His family’s SYNGAP1 journey began in 2020, when his son Miller was diagnosed at the age of five. Since then, Michael and his family have become deeply involved with CURE SYNGAP1, finding purpose and community through volunteering and advocacy.
Giving back to the organization has been incredibly meaningful to Michael, allowing him to connect with other families and help move research and awareness forward. For the past four years, the Miles family has proudly hosted the annual Scramble for Syngap, turning their passion for community and fundraising into a signature event that brings people together in support of a cure.
